The Phoenix Suns look to snap their seven-game road losing streak in a place they haven't won in over two years when they visit the Seattle SuperSonics.
Phoenix has won just two of 13 road games this season, and extended its losing streak away from home to seven with a 107-101 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday.

The Suns haven't lost eight straight on the road since dropping their final six in the 2001-02 season and first two last season.

Against Los Angeles, the Suns trailed by just three points with about a minute left in the game, but they managed to score only two points the rest of the way.

Stephon Marbury led Phoenix with 31 points, 11 assists and six rebounds. Shawn Marion had 23 points and 10 rebounds and Joe Johnson scored 20 for the Suns, who have lost 11 of their last 14 games.

``We see a lot of positives out there,'' Marion said. ``We wish we could have got it, but we didn't. We just have to keep our heads together and go forward.''

Phoenix will be looking to snap its skid in Seattle, where it has lost three straight since a 92-91 win on Nov. 13, 2001. The Sonics, however, have lost two straight and three of their last four at KeyArena.

Seattle snapped a three-game losing streak on Saturday, beating the Denver Nuggets 115-106 to hand them just their third loss at the Pepsi Center this season.

The Sonics were coming off an 87-73 home loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Friday and played without injured guards Antonio Daniels and Brent Barry, but rookie Richie Frahm had a career night to lead Seattle.

Frahm hit six 3-pointers and scored a career-high 31 points, and Ronald Murray added 24 points and 10 assists for the Sonics.

``I had a real aggressive mentality, but I wasn't going to take a bad shot,'' said Frahm, who had 70 points in his first 20 games. ``I had a rhythm and I knew that I had to be aggressive to get shots and get my feet under me to knock them down.''
